When last we saw Rex Banner, he had just been unceremoniously returned to sender like an undeliverable letter. What we didn't see was our trusty Treasury officer picking himself up, dusting himself off, congratulating Daisy on a litter well-birthed, and going straight back to work... somewhere else.
