Makes the pause menu invisible, mostly. For hardcode reasons, the coin count is still visible, however with the "Screenshots" setting hack enabled you can use ALT+F12 to take a HUD-less screenshot anyway. The options aren't on screen so you can't mouse over them (the mouse is also still visible, but you can hide it; see also the "No Cursor Until Mouse Move" setting hack) so you'll have to use the arrow keys. Once a menu item is selected, the sub-menu will become visible (some sub-menus reuse the pause menu border so that may also be invisible).
