3D Phone Booth Previews

Fixed a bug where the Locked group was behind the 3D model.

Updated to modify game files dynamically with Lua. This includes modifying ingame.p3d for the phonebooth UI, as well as a setting to dynamically generate car models (this can be disabled in the mod settings).
