Adds various cheat keys to PAYDAY 2

NoBSDSOD makes Death Sentence (and by extension DS One Down) less bullshit. Spawns and max health has been tweaked so that a variety of builds are now viable.

Changes all items that have been picked up to goats. When hosting, items on the ground will be goats.
